Faculty Request for Library Instruction Class

To request that a librarian meet with your class, complete and submit this form; all requests are submitted to Professor Robert Farrell, Library Instruction Coordinator. To avoid scheduling conflicts, allow at least two-week lead-time. Professor Farrell will confirm your request within 3 days of receipt. 1. All instruction will be conducted in the library, unless otherwise noted.
2. Instruction takes place in the library instructional lab B27 A, B, C. Hands-on and lecture labs available. Class size and scheduling may determine location.
3. Instructional classes are 1 to 2 hours depending on class schedule and need.
4. Class instructor is expected to attend.
5. Assignments and syllabus for class are welcome prior to library instructional class.
6. NOTE: Walk-in workshops on computer skills, the Internet and other library related workshops are held periodically during the semester. Schedule can be found on the library web page or inquire at the reference desk.
